Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will manage the Agencies and Partnerships team. Together with your team and the Jobs sales team, you will be in charge of managing HR agencies, Media agencies, "Network Partners and Candidate Management Software/Multibroadcasters".

Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage, coordinate and drive the activities of the Partnerships Jobs team.

- Work in partnership with agencies, customers, ATSs and various partners to understand their needs and objectives in order to set up partnerships.

- Develop action plans (defined or validated by management and support departments) to maximize execution, gain market share and forecast results on a monthly and quarterly basis. Analyze results of action plans and propose adjustments accordingly.

- Apply company processes and follow them up with the team; lead the production process, using creativity and business intelligence to monitor KPIs (e.g. briefs, team meetings).

- Support the launch of new offers and products with partners, and ensure their follow-up and success.

- Master proximity management and sales/negotiation techniques to support your team, team leaders in leading sales people and CSMs, monitoring challenges and implementing ongoing training (e.g. market, process, sales techniques, steering).

- Be a market expert by mastering offers and products, detecting new opportunities by constantly monitoring market developments, the needs of our contacts and the competitive environment.

- Be transparent and factual in providing feedback to support and management teams, and alert them to difficulties or problems of any kind (e.g. business, HR, compliance with ethical rules and operational compliance).

You have at least 2 years' commercial experience.

You are familiar with the HR/media agency sector and the employment industry,

You are familiar with Google Workspace: Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.

Excellent interpersonal skills,

Good oral and written communication skills.
