Job Description

Join our dynamic Advertising Team as a Business Development Manager, specializing in third-party advertising. In this important role, you will collaborate with a team of adept business consultants, focusing on specific domains within the advertising sector, and report to our Team Lead Advertising. You will work with industry giants such as Google, Amazon, and Microsoft, and other important players in the advertising publisher space. Your primary objective is to spearhead strategic initiatives that harmonize with our overarching business objectives. Your role will involve strategic consultation, adept stakeholder management, financial agreement, and market research, all with an emphasis on nurturing innovation and driving sustainable growth.

What you will do:

  • You will craft compelling business cases and narrative stories for our Third-Party Advertising Business in collaboration with the Head of Advertising & Business Operations, emphasizing innovation and fostering sustainable growth.

  • You will work with Product & Technology Leads to align product vision with business strategy while ensuring seamless strategy integration.

  • You will foster collaboration and agreement across Adevinta, participating in forums within Global Advertising and diverse Teams.

  • You will lead the agreement of budget processes, Long-Term Plans (LTP), Forecasting (FCs), and provide Human Capital (HC) support for the teams while ensuring financial goals are following strategic initiatives and overall business objectives.

  • You will conduct market research to extract valuable insights.

  • On top of that, you will translate market insights into comprehensive consultations and compelling stories that guide decision-making.

Who you are:

  • You own a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • You gained 5+ years of demonstrated experience in business development, strategic planning, or a related role within the digital advertising space.

  • You can collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders at multiple levels and you can translate data and insights into actionable strategies and initiatives aligned with our goals.

  • You can conduct market research and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • On top of that, you understand budgeting processes and financial agreements to support strategic initiatives.
