Position Overview 🌟:

You will lead our Platform Discipline Teams.  In this pivotal role, you'll be the captain of four distinct engineering crews, each with unique specialties - Frontend, Backend, Android, and iOS.  Your primary mission?  Fostering close collaboration between these teams and the vibrant communities they serve, directly impacting our diverse marketplaces. 🌐 But that's not all. You'll also take center stage in the evolution and enhancement of our engineering practices. 📈
