Are you passionate about empowering sales teams to reach their full potential?

We are seeking a talented individual to join us as a Sales Enablement Specialist, where you will play a important role to improve our sales team effectiveness. By equipping our salespeople with the insights, information, and tools they need to engage better with customers (car dealers) you will help decrease time to revenue, increase sales productivity and create long-term customers

Responsibilities:

You will increase success in content management, customer engagement, sales processes, and sales training content.

Content management

  • Generate compelling content to support the sales team, for example by creating shareable success stories based on user feedback

  • Offer insights to potential and current customers to enhance their experience

  • Develop engaging product factsheets and sales documentation.

Customer engagement

  • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement sales messaging and positioning and create sales enablement materials

  • Become an invaluable resource for sales team helping with customer performance reporting and own Sales documentation

  • Provide support for large dealer events, ensuring seamless execution.

Sales processes

  • Set up workflows in Salesforce to ensure smooth execution of our sales processes for generic and individual campaigns

  • Implement trackable and shareable reports in Salesforce for continuous improvement.

  • Conduct ongoing assessments of sales team performance to identify areas for improvement

Sales Engagement and Development:

  • Develop and deliver sales training programs, including onboarding and ongoing training for our sales team members

  • Provide ongoing support for onboarding, equipment and engagement processes.

  • Improve the understanding of our products within sales team by creating a comprehensive product documentation library.
