Job Description


- Define the engagement strategy for BtoB and BtoC users and customers: local animation plans (channel, content, pressure, sending timing...), business development, user pressure...

- Advise our verticals (Recommerce, Mobility, Real Estate, Jobs, Holiday Rental...): you are in charge of receiving expressions of need and implementing the most appropriate CRM plan to meet their business challenges.

- Monitoring key performance indicators, analysis and recommendations. 

- Present results to verticals and management.

- Work in synergy with all internal (Marketing, Verticals, Legal, IT, etc.) and external (service providers) teams.

- Actively participate in large-scale cross-functional projects, in particular with Global CRM teams.

- Manage a CRM specialist in charge of campaign execution.

- Effectively manage team resources and prioritize projects to ensure maximum efficiency.  


- You have a higher education qualification (Bac +5, business or communications school) and at least 5 years' experience in a similar position, ideally with a pure player.

- You are rigorous, autonomous and a self-starter. 

- You are familiar with Adobe & Batch tools

- You have a perfect command of the English language

Additional information:

  • Position based in Paris

  • You will report directly to and work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer.
