Job Description

Duration of assignment: 6-12 months (starting October 16th)

Responsibilities:

  • Work hand in hand with Transversal Sourcing Office Lead on strategic transversal projects (e.g. tail end, governance…)
  • Collaborate with Category Manager / Procurement Manager on specific BAU initiatives (RFx, benchmark, supplier base analysis…) whenever needed
  • Apply global procurement policies and standards
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders whenever needed
  • Interact with other relevant functions (Legal…) and Procurement peers
  • Report progress / achievements to line management whenever required

Profile :

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • 6m-1y working experience in any business fields (Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Marketing…)
  • 6m category management / sourcing experience (beneficial but not mandatory)
  • Data Driven 
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and to deal with ambiguity
  • Strong business acumen
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Willingness to own and to drive end to end initiatives
  • Team player
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in any other European languages (Spanish, French, German, Dutch or Italian) (beneficial but not mandatory)
  • Ability to work in a hybrid set-up (to cope with the home office & office working mode)
