Job Description

As part of the Marketing/BizDev Mobility France Division, you will join the “Classified and transactional” team, which is responsible for strategic thinking to anticipate market trends, identify growth and innovation levers, and implement them.


You will manage marketing projects from A to Z, supporting the vertical's strategy and business development. Your role will be to define development opportunities in conjunction with the “Classified and transactional” Marketing/BizDev Director, and to support their execution with multi-disciplinary internal teams (product, technical, sales, communications, legal, etc.) and external teams (partners). 


You will also be responsible for analyzing the performance of projects brought to market, and recommending ongoing optimizations and improvements. 

Your main responsibilities as Mobility France Marketing Manager will be as follows:
- Participation in the implementation of the Group's Mobility France strategy
- Monitoring the French and international markets, meeting with the various market players
- In-depth analysis and recommendations according to the issues defined in the strategy: identification of new growth drivers and innovations
- Participate in budget exercises with the “Classified and transactional” Marketing/BizDev Director.
- Framing and monitoring of projects according to defined strategy (prioritization of P&T developments)
- Participate in portfolio project discovery with P&T and support over time
- Conduct studies to identify user needs (surveys, quali and quanti studies, user research, etc.).
You have at least 3 years' experience in marketing project management, preferably in the digital field.


- Good understanding of issues and definition of problems
- Ability to draw up a study plan and carry it out independently
- Mastery of modeling techniques (market sizing, business plan, KPI analysis)
- Ability to summarize study results and formulate recommendations
- Critical thinking and natural ability to stand back
- Good interpersonal skills and adaptability
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
