Job Description

* Provide new, existing and potential customers with the best possible service with regard to service requests, suggestions and level 2 complaints.
* Resolve customer queries and complaints fairly and efficiently.
* Work closely with Sales, Technical Support, Finance, Project Management, Product and Technical Services, Claims, to ensure that customer expectations are met and that customer-focused activities are appropriately supported by key personnel, both internally and at the customer site.
