CRM plays an important role in our organization. We’re making big steps in creating a deeper understanding of our buyers and sellers in close collaboration with our global and local product and tech teams.

There are a lot of opportunities for CRM to grow the impact we can make on second hand trading. As a CRM Manager, you report to the CMO and you are part of the marketing team.

You will work in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We have an hybrid work policy.

What you'll do:

  • Create the overall CRM strategy and drive developments and innovation within the CRM domain to bring CRM to a next level.

  • Drive impact on business metrics through personalized multi-channel campaigns (owned media), as part of integrated marketing strategies.

  • Coach and develop a team of 3 CRM specialists and build the best circumstances for them to perform and develop. 

  • Establish positive and impactful working relationships with colleagues within the marketing team, local business teams and global teams.

  • Help shape the global CRM agenda with your peers from other Adevinta markets.

  • Manage budget, agency performance and relations.

Who you are:

  • 8+ years’ experience in campaign strategy and execution of owned 1:1 marketing channels (e.g. email, notifications, direct mail, outreach).

  • 3+ years experience in coaching and developing teams.

  • Inclusive management experience.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure other teams internally and externally are aligned.

  • Positive energy, willingness to develop further, proactive way of thinking.

  • Understand our customer’s needs and translate them into compelling marketing propositions and assets.

  • Data-savviness: Ability to interpret data.

  • Experience and/or affinity with marketplaces connecting (professional) sellers and buyers.

  • Strong passion to learn and grow.

  • Fluent in English: professional writing & speaking.
