Job Description

  • Manage the Sales Assistants team to ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives;
  • Validate refund requests (for requests up to 6 consecutive months and/or less than 1000 euros);
  • Develop the Sales Assistants' skills on processes and communication (by debriefing recorded calls and live monitoring);
  • Ensure compliance with procedures;
  • Report any dysfunction to their immediate superior (N+1);
  • Conduct and facilitate a monthly team meeting;
  • Daily team management (briefings, workshops, etc.);
  • Monthly activity reporting to their immediate superior (N+1);
  • Analyze productivity and identify areas for improvement;
  • Participate in meetings;
  • Provide input on "sales follow-up" in the development of new products, tests, processes, tools, and service improvement;
  • Manage incoming call flow (overflow, follow-ups);
  • Manage team organization and anticipate absences.
