Job Description

-Collect training needs

-Prepare training materials 

-Design and run the training courses needed to ensure that knowledge and new processes, products and services are properly assimilated

-Run initial training courses at the various sites and online, as well as training courses for a limited number of employees (the number to be defined depending on the subject)

-Propose and implement training programmes tailored to the business and the target audience

-Manage the coordination of training courses with the training relays at our partners' sites: pass on and deliver training courses to the trainers at our partners' sites, with the help of the person in charge of processes and business activities.

-Working with the Business Processes and Animation Officer and knowledge management to create adhoc training courses

-Monitoring training KPIs, proposing appropriate action plans when results do not meet expectations

-Report on training activities

-Contribute to the development of continuous training support tools 

-Contribute to the dissemination of information where necessary
