Job Description

As part of the Loyalty crew (Product Direction) , you will join the Global CRM team, which is composed of 12 people divided into 3 teams: a BtoC team, a BtoB team and a Project team.
Reporting to the head of the Global CRM BtoC team (leboncoin, kleinanzeigen, etc.), as a CRM Specialist, your tasks will be as follows :
  • Drawing up your quarterly roadmap and identifying the associated development needs for the technical teams
  • Recommending and designing effective and innovative loyalty mechanisms for our individual users across all the Group's brands
  • Steering and operational launch of the email and/or push notification campaigns defined in your strategy (multi-channel, personalization ++, segmented, etc.) - management of the Adobe Campaign Classic and Batch tools
  • Analyzing the performance of your campaigns, optimizing and testing them (you will be responsible for choosing the right KPIs, calculating increments, considering the data required, etc.)
  • Management of large-scale, innovative projects across the entire CRM team (pressure management, prioritization, segmentation, etc.)
  • Reflecting on and implementing new processes, in particular to support internationalization
  • Working in synergy with all internal teams (Project, Data, Feature team, Legal, Tech, etc.)
  • International context - Fluency in French and English required
  • Agile method


  • You have at least 4 years' experience in CRM, and subjects such as implementing a complex lifecycle, setting up segmentation or managing pressure hold no secrets for you.
  • You must already have experience of using a CRM campaign management tool, ideally Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • You are rigorous, organised and autonomous
  • You're able to make suggestions
  • You like digging, researching and finding solutions
  • You love to test, analyse and make recommendations to boost the performance of your actions (and you implement them!)
  • You have a taste for operational
  • You're adaptable
