  • Facilitating Annual Budget Planning: Coordinate with stakeholders to organize and streamline the annual budget planning process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Efficient Budget Management: Take the lead in managing and monitoring budgetary allocations, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.

  • Collaborative Financial Reporting: Work closely with the Controlling team to prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements, providing valuable insights and analysis to support decision-making.

  • Responsive Point of Contact: Serve as a knowledgeable resource and point of contact for budget-related inquiries, offering guidance and support to the Marketing Leadership Team, Finance, and Controlling departments.

  • Simplified Communication: Foster strong communication channels with Procurement and Adevinta teams, facilitating smooth interactions and enhancing collaboration on budgetary matters.

  • Insightful Reporting: Prepare insightful reports that offer a clear overview of budget performance, expenditure trends, and areas for optimization, contributing to strategic planning initiatives.

  • Streamlined Operations: Oversee Purchase Order Management, streamline contract administration processes, and ensure the efficient creation and management of service agreements.

  • Vendor Relationship Management: Build and nurture positive relationships with vendors, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements and optimising vendor performance.
